Shipping and Returns

At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). Shipping costs are dependent on the items in your order and the shipping method you select. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order. Generally, if you are shipping within the United States, you will have the option of upgrading your shipping method for faster delivery (Ground, Third Day, Second Day, or Overnight Service). If you choose to upgrade your shipping method, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 3:00 p.m. EST or your order may not be processed until the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding observed holidays within the United States.

Standard Shipping:

  • Standard shipping is offered free for purchasing within the USA. Most orders will take 2-5 business days to arrive from the date ordered.
  • Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. EST will be considered placed the next business day.

Expedited Shipping: 

  • Expedited Shipping – Delivers in 2-3 Business Days for orders placed before 3:00 p.m. EST. This shipping option will be charged to the customer.

Payment Policy 

  • BioDose accepts payments by any of the following methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Credit and Debit Cards, and PayPal.

Return Policy

Please note that this Return Policy only applies to products purchased from  and not from other websites or retail stores. Customers should consult the return policy of the original place of purchase.

If you are not satisfied with any item that you have purchased through, you may return such item (whether opened or unopened) within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund, minus the costs of shipping. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. You will receive the return in the original form of payment within 14 business days after we receive the items.

If you purchased a product from  and need to return it, here are the basic steps:

  • Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible.
  • Find and print your digital packing list, which you can find in your email by searching for the order and enclose with your item. Be sure to keep this email for your records. If you cannot print out your digital packing list, please include your order number, billing name, and address with the item on a separate piece of paper.
  • All products must be returned, opened or unopened, in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork to ensure full credit.
  • All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
